DevOps Engineer

Location: London (Hybrid) Contract: 6 months Day Rate: £500–£600 (Outside IR35)Opus is working with a leading organisation in London that are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to join on a 6-month contract. This role sits outside IR35 and offers the chance to work with a modern cloud-native stack across both AWS and Azure.What you’ll be working on

• Designing, building, and maintaining cloud platforms across AWS and Azure
• Developing scalable, secure infrastructure using Terraform
• Supporting and optimising Kubernetes clusters in production environments
• Building automation and tooling using Python and Go
• Collaborating with engineering teams to improve deployment pipelines and platform reliability

What you’ll bring

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure
• Proven background managing Kubernetes in production
• Solid Terraform expertise
• Programming experience with Python and Go
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native architectures
