- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of data scientists, modellers, and engineers
- Design and deliver enterprise-wide data and modelling strategy
- Harness AI, ML, IoT, and GIS to unlock new possibilities
- Drive decision-making through forecasting and modelling
- Collaborate across IT, engineering, asset management, and regulatory bodies
What You'll Bring:
- Proven leadership of large teams (up to 100)
- Experience delivering enterprise-level transformation
- Comfort with ambiguity and building structure from scratch
- Familiarity with SQL Server, Power BI, Azure, AWS, SCADA
- Ability to connect tech, people, and business outcomes
