IT Technician | Exeter | £26,000 - £28,000 | 1ST Line Support | 2nd Line Support | ITIL | Windows Server | Opus are supporting a long standing client in their search for an IT technician as they are growing their Support teams.This company are within the Utilities space and are growing at a very quick pace!You will be at the forefront of supporting colleagues with various technical issues and troubleshoot and escalate where necessary.As a IT Technician you will be utilising ITIL management processes to track and priorities tickets, resolve incidents and requests with agreed SLA’s and play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk, providing first-line IT support.Experience needed –

• Previous experience as an IT Technician or similar
• Working with Windows systems
