Oracle HCM Solution Architect
Requirements-
- 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience, with 3–5 years in an Architect role
- Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules
- Proven experience with integration architecture and middleware tools
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and modern integration methods (APIs, event-driven design)
- Strong background in enterprise-scale HR systems and architectural governance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in large-scale HR transformations
- Exposure to Redwood UX, HCM Analytics, OTBI, or BI Publisher
- Experience managing multi-country implementations
- 12 month contract
- Outside IR35
- Preferance 3 days on site in Heathrow
- Must have full right to work/ live in the UK
