This organisation is known for its bold campaigns, inclusive culture, and unwavering dedication to making support accessible to all.We’re looking for a strategic and user-focused Product Manager to lead improvements across their digital portfolio, including website, mobile app, chatbot, and CRM. You’ll work closely with the Senior Product Manager, developers, designers, and stakeholders to optimise user journeys and deliver impactful digital experiences.Key Responsibilities:

• Own the optimisation of digital products, improving UX, accessibility, and performance
• Lead user journey mapping across web and mobile, ensuring inclusive and insight-led design
• Define user stories and guide development teams through delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality digital solutions
• Champion continuous improvement through data, research, and testing
