Project Manager - Technology Rollout

Project Manager / Outside IR35/ Remote/ 3Month Contract  Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide immediate support on a key technology rollout. There is an urgent need for a hands-on, delivery-focused professional to maintain momentum of the project and ensure smooth coordination across teams. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the project plan and RAID log
• Track budget vs. actuals and flag variances
• Liaise weekly with restaurant operations teams to ensure alignment and readiness
• Run daily stand-ups and manage the project JIRA board, including ticket prioritisation
• Coordinate 6-weekly UAT releases with relevant stakeholders
• Oversee BA activities, integrations and testing (not hands-on, but strong coordination required)
• Ensure risks, issues, and dependencies are clearly communicated and managed

Requirements: 

• Solid experience in project management, ideally within tech, digital, or retail/restaurant environments
• Highly organised with strong stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working at pace with cross-functional teams
• Able to hit the ground running and bring strong delivery discipline
