Leading with empathy, always Overview Of The Role They’re now on the hunt for a Solutions Architect who knows Azure inside out, lives and breathes DevOps, and can write clean, scalable Infrastructure-as-Code.If that’s you, you’ll be designing secure cloud environments, integrating emerging tech, and working on national security programs that genuinely matter.It’ll be a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll shape the architecture of platforms used in real-world defence and intelligence missions.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Architecting modular, secure Azure Landing Zones
  • Deploying infrastructure with IaC tools like Bicep or Terraform
  • Integrating cutting-edge tech—think mobile platforms, geospatial analytics, zero-trust architectures
  • Optimising performance and cost across hybrid environments
  • Supporting MDM platforms and endpoint policies
  • Collaborating with vendors and defence partners
  • Documenting everything for audit-readiness and clarity
What They’ll Need From You
  • Deep Azure cloud architecture experience
  • IaC mastery (Terraform, Bicep; Pulumi a bonus)
  • CI/CD pipeline know-how (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD)
  • Solid networking fundamentals (VPNs, firewalls, routing/switching)
  • MDM and endpoint policy enforcement experience
  • Container orchestration (Kubernetes, Azure Containers, Docker)
  • Go (Golang) preferred—but Python devs keen to learn are welcome
  • Frontend experience with Svelte 5 or Svelte Kit is a plus (React, Angular, JS/TS also considered)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Experience working in secure or classified environments
