Senior Full Stack Developer – Java & React  Build Products That Shape High-Stakes Decision-MakingI have partnered with a fast-growing tech firm who are building AI powered tools used by Fortune 500 business leaders. They are enabling them to make critical decisions across the business and have reportedly been ranked as #1 in their field!They’re scaling quickly, backed by major investment, and looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who want to work on complex, high-impact systems where performance, security and clarity really take precedence. You’ll work hands-on across a React frontend and Java/Spring Boot backend, guiding architecture, mentoring developers and delivering features that power intelligent, insight-driven decision platforms. You’ll be part of a role that will:

• Lead engineering on AI integrations and critical internal systems
• Influence architecture and drive engineering standards
• Mentor developers and elevate team capability

What we expect from you?

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript/JavaScript and another BE language such as Java
• Understanding of API design, integration and security
• Experience with relational databases
• A track record of delivering complex systems with clean architecture
