We're working with a rapidly scaling tech company that's looking for a Senior Ruby Developer to come in and make an immediate impact on an initial 3 month contract, with scope for extension.
This is a fully remote engagement and suits someone who can operate independently from day one.

- Working with AWS-based systems in a production environment
- Making meaningful architectural and performance improvements as the business continues to scale rapidly
This is a hands-on role with real ownership, not just delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Expert-level Ruby on Rails experience
- Strong background working with AWS environments
- Proven experience scaling applications at significant volume
- Track record of performance optimisation and system improvements
- A self-starter who can stand alone, take ownership, and deliver quickly
