Role: ServiceNow Solution Architect
Type: Contract (Inside Ir35)
Duration: 6 months
Location: Remote (Once in 3 month onsite travelling for 2-3 days office meeting)
Role Overview
ServiceNow Solution Architect responsible for leading the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on CSM (Customer Service Management). The role involves working closely with stakeholders, defining technical strategy, and ensuring best practice implementation aligned to business needs, particularly within public sector environments.
Key Skills (Must-Have & Core)
Required to be in client office (Leeds, London & Exeter UK) as required for quarterly PI planning and occasional in person workshops, will include some overnight stays for 2-3 days.

- Strong ServiceNow Solution Architecture experience
- Proven CSM (Customer Service Management) expertise - mandatory
- Experience in platform design, workflows, and integrations
- Hands-on with JavaScript, Glide Scripting, APIs
- Ability to define end-to-end technical architecture & data models
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- Experience ensuring security, governance, and compliance standards
- Leadership experience guiding developers and technical teams
- Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow experience (Architecture level)
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Public sector experience (desirable)
- Comfortable working in Agile environments/PI planning
- Experience with ServiceNow certifications (CTA/CIS/CAD preferred)
- Exposure to AI/automation capabilities in ServiceNow
