Solutions Architect (HR Transformation)

Solution Architect (HR Transformation) / 6 months / Reading (Hybrid) / £500 - £545pd (Inside IR35)

I am currentely recruiting for a talented Solution Architect skilled working on HR Transformations to join a client of ours on an initial 6 month contract. This has been determined inside IR35 and will be completed on a hybrid bases - ideally with you going onsite atleast twice per week in Reading.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture across a large-scale HR transformation programme
• Support the development and enhancement of Workday solutions
• Design and implement a new HR Service Desk capability
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to align HR technology strategy
• Ensure integration and alignment across key HR platforms

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect
• Strong background delivering HR Transformation projects
• Hands-on knowledge of Workday
• Experience with ServiceNow HR (HRSD) and related HR service management solutions
• Ability to design and deliver enterprise HR technology solutions
