Technical Architect - Discovery

Technical Architect / Outside IR35/ Remote/ 6 Month Contract

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Architect to support a major technical debt discovery and remediation programme across multiple government departments.

The role will take ownership of the architectural workstream, assessing existing technology estates and producing a pragmatic roadmap covering immediate improvements and more complex, longer-term remediation.

Role Requirements:

• UK Public Sector Experience
• Experience leading technical discovery and assessment exercises identifying technical debt, risks and capability gaps
• Infrastructure, cloud and enterprise architecture experience
• Experience interviewing technical authorities and senior stakeholder
• Produced remediation roadmaps and architectural recommendations
• Working across complex digital transformation programmes
