User Researcher
User Researcher (SC Cleared) / Inside IR35/ Fully remote / 6 Month Contract We are looking for an experienced User Researcher to join a high-profile government project. You will play a key role in understanding user needs and ensuring services are designed with accessibility, usability, and inclusivity at their core. Role Requirements:
- Active SC Clearance (mandatory).
- Proven experience as a User Researcher within the Public Sector
- Strong knowledge of GDS Service Standards and user-centred design principle.
- Ability to plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
