Web Experience Manager
Web Experience Manager (12-Month FTC) About the Role Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Web Experience Manager to join a dynamic digital team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is a key backfill to support ongoing digital transformation and ensure continuity during a period of team leave and increased project demand.You’ll play a central role in managing and improving two public-facing websites, both of which are undergoing significant platform migrations. The position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact digital projects while supporting day-to-day content and user experience enhancements.Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and populate website content using a modern CMS (Optimizely)
- Support the rebuild and migration of two websites from legacy platforms
- Ensure content is optimised for SEO and aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with external digital development partners
- Contribute to digital marketing initiatives, including email and advertising
- Assist in onboarding a new digital content coordinator
- Support the team’s transition to Salesforce and become a trained super use
- Experience in digital communications, marketing, or content management
- Strong understanding of SEO and content best practices
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (Optimizely preferred; Sitecore or HubSpot a plus)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or willingness to train
- Adobe Creative Suite skills (e.g., Photoshop, Acrobat) are a bonus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
