Workday Programme Manager / Senior Project Manager £600-£900 per day | Inside IR35 | Initial 6-Month Contract | London / Hybrid I am seeking an experienced Workday Programme Manager / Senior Project Manager to support a major Workday transformation programme. This role will play a key part in the delivery of a large-scale Workday implementation, working closely with senior stakeholders, implementation partners and business leadership teams to ensure successful programme delivery across multiple workstreams.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of complex Workday implementation and transformation programmes
  • Manage programme governance, risks, dependencies and reporting
  • Engage with executive and senior business stakeholders
  • Oversee third-party suppliers, systems integrators and implementation partners
  • Drive programme planning, mobilisation and delivery
  • Manage budgets, timelines and key project milestones
  • Support business readiness, change and adoption activities
  • Ensure successful programme outcomes in line with agreed business objectives
Required Experience
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end Workday implementations
  • Experience across Workday HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning and/or Financials
  • Strong Programme Management or Senior Project Management background
  • Experience delivering enterprise-wide transformation programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior leadership teams
  • Experience managing systems integrators and third-party delivery partners
  • Ability to operate effectively within complex enterprise environments
  • Excellent communication, governance and delivery management skills
