Ideally worked in housing.I'm looking for experienced D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Testers to join this project and play a key role in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a major housing occupancy solution. You’ll be working closely with stakeholders to validate business processes, ensure system functionality aligns with user needs, and help deliver a robust Dynamics 365 CE implementation.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and execute UAT cycles for D365 CE solutions focused on housing occupancy workflows.- Collaborate with business users, product owners, and developers to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.- Ensure testing aligns with business requirements and occupancy-related use cases.- Support go-live readiness and post-implementation validation.Essential Skills & Experience:- Proven experience in testing Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement).- Strong background in UAT testing, ideally within housing or occupancy domains.- Ability to write clear test scripts and scenarios based on business requirements.- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.- Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Test Manager, or similar.Further details - Inside IR35- 100% remote - Rate negotiable Desirable:Experience in housing, property, or facilities management systems.If you're interested in applying for this contract role send your CV to
