AI & Agentic Transformation Lead
6 Month Contract | Outside IR35 | London (2x per month) | Competitive Rate
We're supporting a business investing heavily in AI and looking for an AI & Agentic Transformation Lead to drive adoption across the organisation.
Working with Technology, Transformation, Projects and senior stakeholders, you'll identify, shape and deliver AI-enabled initiatives that improve productivity, customer outcomes and commercial performance.

Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI and emerging AI technologies
- Experience delivering AI products, workflows or transformation programmes
- Ability to build business cases and demonstrate measurable business value
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Sound judgement on when to use AI, automation, process redesign or existing platform capabilities
- ASAP Start
- Initial 6-month contract
- Outside IR35
- London (twice monthly)
