We’ve partnered with a highly specialised Microsoft technology consultancy, and we’re now looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join the delivery team supporting customers across the UK.

This is a mostly remote role, offering the chance to work closely with a consultancy that is deeply experienced in manufacturing environments and known for delivering long‐term, value‐focused solutions rather than generic implementations.

The role

Working as part of a joint delivery team, you’ll help design, implement and optimise Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for customers operating in complex, operationally driven environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging directly with stakeholders to understand business processes and challenges
• Leading requirements discovery and solution design sessions
• Configuring and extending Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet real‐world operational needs
• Supporting testing, go‐live and continuous improvement phases
• Providing trusted advice on best practice and future system enhancements

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) in a consulting capacity
• Practical understanding of manufacturing and/or distribution processes
• Comfortable running customer workshops and explaining complex concepts clearly
• Able to challenge requirements constructively and focus on outcomes, not just features
• A collaborative approach and genuine interest in building long‐term customer relationships
