Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience
Location: Hybrid / Birmingham
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The Opportunity We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Dynamics 365 Business Central Trainer to join a growing Microsoft partner organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people learn, creating engaging content, and working with customers to maximise the value of their Microsoft Dynamics investment. You'll design and deliver training programmes, create learning resources, and support the adoption of Business Central and related Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and deliver training programmes for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to both customers and internal teams, either virtually or in person.
  • Create a range of learning materials, including user guides, presentations, video tutorials and blog content.
  • Develop content that supports software adoption and best practice.
  • Work closely with consultants, support teams and subject matter experts to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant.
  • Maintain and update training documentation in line with product updates and new features.
  • Gather feedback and continually improve training materials and delivery methods.
  • Support training and knowledge sharing for complementary solutions such as Power BI, Cosmos and Continia.
  • Contribute to the development of online learning platforms and knowledge resources.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience with Power BI, Cosmos, Continia or similar reporting solutions.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or online learning platforms.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MB-800, MCT or similar.
  • Background in finance, business analysis or ERP consulting.
  • Experience with AI tools and their practical application within business systems.
