We're looking for an experienced Data Governance Lead to help drive and embed data governance best practices across a large organisation's Data & Analytics function.

We're looking for an experienced Data Governance Lead to help drive and embed data governance best practices across a large organisation's Data & Analytics function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Drive improvements in data quality, integrity, security, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Information Security, and wider business teams.
- Develop governance metrics and reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Conduct data profiling and data quality analysis within SQL databases.
- Promote a strong data governance culture across the organisation.
- Proven experience leading Data Governance initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, data quality, and data stewardship.
- Experience with data governance tools and platforms.
- SQL data profiling and data quality analysis experience (Databricks preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with regulatory and data protection requirements.
