Security Clearance (SC)

Strong Delivery Manager with a commercial-sector background.
Experience delivering products in environments focused on:
- Experimentation
- Continuous improvement
- Fast-paced delivery
- Product innovation
Comfortable working in both:
- Commercial environments
- Public sector/government environments

Preferred Experience

Experience with:
- A/B testing frameworks
- Beta testing strategies
- Product experimentation
- Digital product delivery
Experience of working on:
- Mobile apps
- Consumer-facing products
- Regulated environments (e.g. financial services)

Additional Nice-to-Haves

Mobile app delivery experience.
Knowledge of:
- Integrations
- Digital marketing
- App release cycles
Banking or financial services experience viewed as potentially transferable.
