My client is looking to build a strong internal Dynamics capability and are looking for a talented D365 Customer Engagement Developer to join their team in Northamptonshire. You’ll help shape, enhance, and extend their CRM platform as they continue to modernise and optimise their business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customise Dynamics 365 CE using plugins, C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, and configuration.
• Build and maintain custom entities, forms, integrations, and CRM extensions.
• Plan, deliver, and document CRM enhancements, providing clear progress updates.
• Manage Dynamics 365 solution deployment, environment changes, and technical best practices.
• Optimise system performance and apply D365 CE performance tuning techniques.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and identify where CRM can deliver real value.
• Integrate modern technologies, including Natural Language Model (NLM)–based components, to improve data retrieval and processing.
• Support long-term CRM strategy and contribute to an evolving internal D365 roadmap.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a D365 CE / CRM Developer.
• Strong technical skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, plugins, workflows, and API integrations.
• Solid understanding of CRM architecture, security, and solution management.
• Ability to work effectively onsite within a collaborative in-house team.
