Engineering Manager

I’m supporting a long‐established tech company (25+ years in mobile & digital products) whose geolocation platform, has become their fastest‐growing, highest‐revenue product. Now handling hundreds of millions of requests per hour across global voting, lottery, and iGaming markets.

They’re looking for a Product Engineering Manager to lead a backend‐leaning team (~10 engineers, and growing) and shape the delivery, stability, and long‐term scalability of this mission‐critical platform.

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team
• Bring clarity to complex or ambiguous problems
• Own delivery standards and long‐term product direction
• Turn high‐level ideas into executable plans
• Influence architecture, quality, and technical decisions
• Support career progression and build a strong, healthy culture

(No hands-on coding required, pure leadership and product‐focused engineering management.)
