🚀 Contract Full Stack Engineer (React / Ember / Hanami)

Fully Remote | Contract until September | Likely Extension / Perm Opportunity

We’re looking for a Contract Full Stack Engineer to join a talented product engineering team, working fully remote until September, with a strong possibility of going permanent for the right person.

This role suits someone who enjoys working across the stack, contributing to modern front‐end UI while building clean, scalable back‐end services.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• Frontend: React, Ember.js
• Backend: Ruby (Hanami)
• Ways of working: Distributed team, product‐led engineering, pragmatic delivery

✅ What you’ll be doing

• Building and maintaining customer‐facing and internal applications
• Working across both frontend and backend features
• Collaborating closely with product managers, designers and fellow engineers
• Writing clean, testable, maintainable code
• Helping improve engineering standards, patterns and performance

👤 What we’re looking for

• Strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• Commercial experience with React and Ember.js
• Backend experience with Ruby, ideally Hanami (Rails welcome)
• Comfortable working in a remote, async‐friendly environment
• Contracting mindset, but open to a long‐term / permanent move

• Contract role (outside IR35 if UK‐based)
• Fully remote (EU / UK time zones preferred)
• Initial contract until September
• Extension and permanent conversion highly likely
• Competitive day rate
