Are you a professional Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM with a passion for delivering top-tier solutions and working with clients? My client is a dynamic and forward-thinking company, a leader in innovative solutions for various industries, currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant to join their team. Having been established for 8+ years, they're industry leaders in digital transformation, having grown from a team of 3 to 30+, they're again looking to expand their team organically this year thanks to an influx of projects and returning clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert advice on Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM solutions.
• Lead and participate in the design, development, and implementation of tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Utilise your deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide training and support to clients, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior functional consulting role, preferably within Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM.
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM (+4 years)
• Strong client facing and consulting skills
• Proficient in standard technical skills related to Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM.
• Nice-to-have: Industry experience in Forestry, NGOs, or Shipping.
• Nice-to-have technical skills: Not-for-profit accelerator, SQL skills.
