Java developer
I am working with a consultancy looking for a Java developer to join a contract.
This will involve working with Java code and CI pipelines with GitLab CI to improve, tune and extend so that when we get dependency updates or security fixes from engineering tooling we then automate the testing and deployment of these services all the way to production in a controlled and secure way.
Tech stack - Java engineer needs experience with spring boot framework, TDD, Grafana and Prometheus for monitoring and alerting and understanding of the CI/CD process.
All candidates must pass a BPSS.
Immediate start.
End March 2026.
Weekly travel to Leeds/ Newcastle/ Manchester.
400 - 500 per day
