Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant ready to step into a senior leadership role where you can shape solutions, mentor others, and drive impactful digital transformation projects?

A well‐established Microsoft Partner is looking for a Lead Business Central Consultant to take ownership of full‐lifecycle Business Central projects across manufacturing and distribution clients. If you love combining functional expertise with leadership, this one’s for you.

⭐ What you'll be doing

• Leading end‐to‐end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
• Designing solution architecture and overseeing functional delivery
• Working closely with customers to understand their business objectives
• Delegating tasks, mentoring junior consultants & supporting continuous improvement
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction

⭐ What you’ll bring

• Strong experience delivering full lifecycle Business Central projects
• Background in project planning, budgeting & resource management
• Experience in a Microsoft Partner / consultancy environment (desirable)
• Deep knowledge of Business Central — ideally in manufacturing & distribution
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder confidence & a collaborative mindset
• A proactive, solutions‐driven approach
