Lead Developer

I am working with a client who is looking for a Lead Developer with Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL experience, who can lead a team and work closely with clients to understand their requirements.

My client is a forward-thinking and growing consultancy based in London, specialising in long-term partnerships with healthtech and fintech clients. You will get to drive innovation and deliver exceptional solutions that make a real impact.

Position: Lead Developer

• Location: Fully remote with just 2 office visits per month
• Role: Approximately 60% hands-off and 40% hands-on
• Salary: £90,000 + performance-based bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team of developers
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Drive the development of cutting-edge applications using Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL
• Ensure the highest standards of code quality and performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills
