- Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks
- Linux (RHEL) environments
- Git / distributed version control
- Experience developing in cloud-based environments
- Building and testing system integrations/interfaces
- Leading or mentoring Software Engineers within Agile, multi-disciplinary teams
- Translating business requirements and user stories into technical solutions
- Stakeholder management and engagement with senior stakeholders
- Jira, Confluence, Slack and similar collaboration tools
- BDD / Cucumber
- Microservices architecture
- Enhancing and maintaining codebases developed by other engineers
