Role Overview
An international financial and professional services organisation is seeking a Process & Technology Enablement Specialist to support operational teams by simplifying processes, enabling new tools, and ensuring changes are understood, adopted, and sustained.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Improvement (OpEx / Process Engineering)
- Understand day‐to‐day processes, pain points and root causes across Operations teams.
- Facilitate workshops to map as‐is / to‐be processes and identify simplification opportunities.
- Produce clear documentation: SOPs, process maps, controls and handover materials.
- Monitor whether improvements are embedding, using data such as cycle time and error rates.
2. Technology Enablement & Business Analysis Support
- Gather requirements for enhancements, new tools, workflow tweaks or process digitisation.
- Translate operational needs into simple, testable artefacts: user stories, acceptance criteria and basic BRDs.
- Coordinate inputs across Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance and InfoSec.
3. Change Delivery & Project Coordination
- Coordinate small workstreams: plans, updates, RAID logs and stakeholder cadence.
- Track milestones, actions, dependencies and blockers.
4. Testing & Implementation Readiness
- Coordinate UAT sessions, track defects and assist with re‐testing.
- Support go‐live readiness (cutover checklists, hypercare tracking and BAU handover).
Experience & Skills
Essential
- Experience in process improvement, PMO, BA, change delivery or operations transformation.
- Strong communicator able to turn discussions into clear documentation.
- Confident facilitating workshops and engaging SMEs.
- Comfortable with basic technology concepts and working with IT/Product teams.
- Strong organisation skills: prioritisation, action tracking, stakeholder follow‐up.
Desirable
- Lean / OpEx exposure: Kaizen, root cause analysis, standard work.
- Familiarity with requirements formats, user stories, acceptance criteria and UAT.
- Experience in regulated environments (financial services advantageous).
