Project Manager (D365 Business Central)

We’re supporting a leading Microsoft Partner in their search for a Senior BC Project Manager to lead high‐profile customer implementations across multiple industries.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
As the Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of Business Central projects from inception to go‐live. Your role will include:
- Leading end‐to‐end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
- Managing complex end‐user environments with multiple senior stakeholders
- Owning RAID logs, project governance, and commercial tracking
- Ensuring high‐quality delivery practices: scope control, sprint planning, change management
- Working closely with functional consultants, developers, testers, and customer teams
- Driving delivery through Azure DevOps (backlog, dependencies, sprint hygiene, reporting)
- Supporting continuous improvement across project delivery processes
💼 What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record delivering Business Central (or NAV) projects as a Senior PM
- Strong experience managing complex delivery environments and multi‐site end‐user organisations
- Excellent commercial awareness — able to manage budgets, risks, scope and commercials confidently
- Deep understanding of project governance and strong RAID management discipline
- Hands‐on experience with Azure DevOps as a delivery and reporting tool
- A confident communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders and sponsors
- Experience working in a Microsoft Partner or similar environment is an advantage
