D365 CE / F&SCM Scrum Master

South West England, Hybrid (Open to Remote for UK based Candidates)

£65,000 - £80,000

We are looking for a proactive Scrum Master with experience supporting Dynamics 365 CE and/or F&SCM delivery to help drive Agile ways of working across our clients ongoing ERP/CRM enhancements.

This role will support cross‐functional manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and commercial teams in delivering continuous improvements across our D365 landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand‐ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives for D365 F&O and CE workstreams.
• Manage and maintain Azure DevOps boards (Epics, Features, PBIs, bugs, sprint reports).
• Coordinate communication between business SMEs, functional consultants, developers, and third‐party partners.
• Remove delivery blockers and ensure sprint commitments are met.
• Support end‐to‐end processes relevant to manufacturing (e.g., Production, Inventory, Warehouse, Order‐to‐Cash, Procure‐to‐Pay).
• Align priorities across ERP and CRM, ensuring smooth integration of cross‐functional requirements.
• Assist with UAT planning, deployment scheduling, and change readiness activities.
• Promote Agile best practices across business and IT teams.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in D365 F&O and/or D365 CE environments.
• Strong understanding of ERP/CRM delivery cycles, especially in manufacturing environments.
• Good working knowledge of Azure DevOps for backlog management and sprint reporting.
• Ability to work with cross‐functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Sales).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Agile or Scrum certification beneficial (CSM, PSM, SAFe).
