We are seeking an experienced SC Cleared ServiceNow Developer with strong HRSD and CSM experience to support the delivery and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions within a secure public sector environment.
You'll work closely with technical stakeholders, platform teams and wider delivery specialists, providing hands-on ServiceNow development expertise across HRSD, CSM, case management, workflows and integrations.

You'll work closely with technical stakeholders, platform teams and wider delivery specialists, providing hands-on ServiceNow development expertise across HRSD, CSM, case management, workflows and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Configure, develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions across HRSD and CSM.
- Build and maintain case workflows, forms, record producers, catalog items and notifications.
- Develop and enhance employee and customer service experiences within ServiceNow.
- Develop workflows and automation using JavaScript, scripting, Business Rules and Flow Designer.
- Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and wider enterprise systems using APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow development and platform issues.
- Work closely with technical stakeholders and wider delivery teams to ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with requirements.
- SC Clearance is mandatory.
- Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- ServiceNow HRSD development and configuration experience.
- Hands-on ServiceNow CSM development and configuration experience.
- Experience developing case workflows, service catalogues and portal or workspace experiences.
- ServiceNow development skills including JavaScript, scripting, Business Rules and Flow Designer.
- Experience developing ServiceNow integrations using APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within complex enterprise environments.
