A purpose-led organisation is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join their growing Digital & Technology team.
This role has come about following a major Salesforce implementation at the end of 2024. The platform is now live, and the focus has shifted to optimisation, scale and bringing development capability in-house.
They’ve historically relied on implementation partners and outsourced development, but are now investing in internal capability and this hire will be central to that transition.
Currently using Marketing Cloud & Sales Cloud, looking to also use Service Cloud very soon so any experience in this space will be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on Salesforce development across CRM (core focus), Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Provide technical guidance and drive best practice across the platform
- Take ownership of Apex development (heavily used in the environment)
- Build and optimise Flows and automation (declarative + programmatic)
- Support integrations and ongoing platform evolution
- Work within a Scrum environment (2-week sprints, stand-ups, Agile delivery)
- Collaborate with Product Owners, BA’s and wider tech teams
- Support knowledge sharing and upskilling within the team
You'll need strong Salesforce development experience across Apex, Flows, and automation and it's beneficial if you have Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud!
Offering up to £55k + bonus, up to 35 days holiday (not including bank), 8% pension and more
