This is an opportunity to step into a true Salesforce leadership role, where platform ownership and Data 360 insight matter far more than firefighting.

I’m supporting a large, consumer‐facing organisation as they continue to scale their Salesforce ecosystem. They’re looking to bring in a Salesforce Platform Lead with a strong data mindset particularly across Data 360 / Data Cloud to help shape how Salesforce is used across both B2C and B2B teams.

This is a senior, hands‐on functional role sitting at the intersection of platform strategy, data quality and user adoption. If you enjoy turning complex Salesforce and data landscapes into something the business genuinely trusts and uses, this should feel like a strong fit.

Where the focus is now

Salesforce has evolved into a core data and insight platform, and the priority has shifted to:

Improving data quality, visibility and reporting
Making better use of Data 360 to connect customer, service and commercial data
Scaling the platform cleanly without creating unnecessary technical debt
Driving adoption through intelligent design, not endless admin work

What they’re looking for

5+ years’ experience in Salesforce administration or functional leadership
Strong hands‐on experience with Flows and declarative automation
Solid knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Exposure to (or a strong interest in) Data 360 / Data Cloud
Confidence balancing delivery speed with long‐term, scalable design
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales or Service Cloud)

Offering up to 90k depending on experience.
