That's exactly what this team is doing.

They're a fast-growing FinTech tackling cross-border payments, treasury systems, and crypto liquidity. It's all greenfield, all high-impact. No legacy systems or old fluff to get through. Just clean architecture, smart engineering, and a product already making serious waves.

You'll join a small, senior team building real-time financial infrastructure from the ground up, card payments, transaction booking, FX flows, the kind of systems that need to be fast, secure, and bulletproof.

Tech stack: Java 21 (you'll need experience with Java 17+, must), Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, AWS, TDD, CI/CD, React.

As a Lead Engineer, you'll have the freedom to shape the team, influence architecture, and build things the right way. They're in-office just 1-2 days a week in London, backed by serious investors, and scaling fast, hiring 8 engineers by December.
