ServiceNow IRM / GRC Consultant | AI Control Tower | Remote | £600- £750

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM / GRC Consultant to support the design, configuration and implementation of ServiceNow risk and compliance solutions. The consultant will have strong hands-on experience across ServiceNow IRM/GRC, with exposure to AI Control Tower, AI Governance or AI Risk & Compliance highly desirable.

The role will involve working with business, risk, compliance and technical stakeholders to implement scalable ServiceNow solutions and support the organisation's wider AI governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow IRM / GRC solutions.
• Configure Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit and Third-Party Risk capabilities.
• Develop workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules and Client Scripts.
• Support risk assessments, controls and compliance processes.
• Support AI Control Tower / AI Governance implementation.
• Configure AI risk, compliance, governance and lifecycle processes.
• Work with technical and business stakeholders to deliver ServiceNow solutions.

Essential Experience

• Demonstrable IRM / GRC implementation experience.
• Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit and/or Third-Party Risk experience.
• Strong ServiceNow configuration and development skills.
• Flow Designer, Business Rules and Client Scripts.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
