Staff Ruby Engineer - £130k - Hybrid 3 days a week (East London)

Exciting Opportunity for Lead/Staff Engineer in London
I am representing a client, a London-based travel SaaS company that has received funding from investors who have backed some of the world's biggest tech companies. They are looking for a Lead/Staff Engineer with Ruby experience to join their team.

They are still a relatively young company but have established great engineering practices and aim to disrupt the Travel industry with its SaaS platform.

Role Details:

• Position: Lead/Staff Engineer
• Location: Central London (3 days a week in the office)
• Salary: £95-120k (have room for negotiation depends on experience) 
• Benefits: Equity + Private Health Care

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Ruby
• Technical leadership experience (mostly hands on, leading a team of 2 other engineers)
• Strong background in platform engineering (DevOps, Observability, infrastructure)
• Familiarity with Rails FE is a nice to have (Hotwire, Stimulus, Turbo - nice to have)
• Collaborative engineering culture
