Location: Central London (3 times a week)

Salary: £60-90k + Equity

Role: We are looking for a talented Mid- Senior-Level Full Stack/ Backend Engineer. They want to find candidates who are passionate about making an impact and taking ownership of what they build. This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish for more room to grow currently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and their applications using Ruby (Hotwire)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Ruby development.
• Strong understanding of web development principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Passionate about building high quality features and products
