Workday Financials Reporting Consultant Contract | Day Rate Negotiable | Hybrid/Remote

We're currently working with a leading organisation undergoing significant investment in its Workday Financials platform and are looking to engage an experienced Workday Financials Reporting Consultant on a contract basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in enhancing reporting capabilities, supporting business stakeholders, and driving better financial decision-making through Workday reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Workday Financials reports and dashboards.
• Gather reporting requirements from finance and business stakeholders.
• Develop a range of reports including Advanced, Matrix, Composite and Dashboard Reporting.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Support data validation, testing, and report optimisation activities.
• Partner with finance teams to improve reporting processes and data visibility.
• Provide expertise around Workday reporting best practices and functionality.
• Support ongoing Workday Financials projects, enhancements, and system improvements.

Essential Experience

• Strong experience with Workday Financials Reporting.
• Hands-on experience creating Advanced, Matrix, Composite and Dashboard reports.
• Excellent stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements.
• Experience working within enterprise-scale Workday environments.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality reporting solutions.

Desirable Experience

• Workday Financials certification.
• Experience supporting Workday Financials implementations or optimisation projects.
• Exposure to Prism Analytics and calculated fields.
• Previous experience within large corporate or consulting environments.

• Contract Length: Initial 6 months (extension likely)
• Location: Hybrid / Remote
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate: Negotiable depending on experience
