We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Data Migration Lead to take end-to-end ownership of data migration workstreams across a high-profile Oracle Cloud ERP Transformation , with a focus on HCM and Financials. This is a pivotal client-facing role working in collaboration with a systems integrator and multiple third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

🔸 Own the relationship with the SI, Oracle, and all external vendors for data migration

🔸 Lead budget control and cost tracking for data-related activities

🔸 Provide regular updates to the steering committee, ensuring alignment with programme milestones

🔸 Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clarity on data ownership and responsibilities

🔸 Oversee the implementation partner’s performance and quality of deliverables

Key Skills Required

✅ Extensive data migration leadership experience within Oracle Cloud ERP programmes

✅ Strong hands-on understanding of Oracle HCM and Financials modules

✅ Ability to manage third-party vendors and integration partners effectively

✅ Excellent communication and expectation management at all business levels

✅ Prior experience in consulting and client-side delivery environments
