A top-tier Oracle Cloud Programme Manager is required to lead the successful ERP implementation and system adoption for a major UK-based organisation. You’ll be responsible for the strategic oversight of the transformation journey across ERP, HCM, and Payroll, while managing vendors, stakeholders, and internal streams.

Key Responsibilities

🔸 Own the relationship with Systems Integrator, Oracle, and any third-party vendors

🔸 Take full ownership of the budget and financial reporting

🔸 Report progress, risks, and dependencies to the steering committee

🔸 Oversee key internal streams including UAT, training, and data migration

🔸 Build and lead the integration team across functional areas

Key Skills Required

✅ Extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and Payroll programmes

✅ Expertise in resource planning, recruitment , and stream delivery

✅ Strong stakeholder and expectation management at senior levels

✅ Proven background in vendor management and project governance

✅ Hands-on experience with integration strategy and delivery
