Oracle Fusion Specialist — Security, Configuration & OIC
Core Responsibilities
- Design and build custom RBAC frameworks, configure data security policies and SoD controls, and manage user provisioning, role mapping, and identity management
- Define the end-to-end process for adding, changing, and removing users, roles, and policies
- Execute and assist with configurations across Fusion modules using FSM and set up and maintain enterprise structures including Ledgers, Business Units, and Organizations
- Build real-time and batch integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud connecting Oracle Fusion to third-party systems via REST, SOAP, FBDI, and bulk loaders - both inbound and outbound
- Assess and action the impact of Oracle's quarterly cloud updates
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience — actual configuration and build work, not functional consulting
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion security frameworks — RBAC, SoD, and Data Security Policies
- Strong OIC skills with a track record of delivering enterprise-grade integrations end to end
- Solid working knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, FBDI, and HDL
Good to Have
- Experience with multi-country or multi-region Oracle Fusion deployments
- Familiarity with Redwood UI, Page Composer, or Visual Builder
- Exposure to enterprise systems such as Oracle EBS, SAP, or legacy ERP platforms
- Oracle Cloud certifications in any relevant module
