Program Director Role:

As a Program Director, you will lead customer programmes and projects across ERPM, HCM, and CX domains. Your expertise will drive the delivery of exceptional solutions, exceeding client expectations. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their SaaS transformation journey and fostering an innovation mindset.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years of programme or project management experience is essential.
  • At least 3 years of full-life cycle experience in Oracle Applications, Technology, or Systems implementation is required. Alternative experience with similar solutions will be considered.
  • Proven customer-facing skills, preferably within an IT professional services organisation.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in managing and forecasting large project budgets.
  • A track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget, maintaining high quality.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic about technology, people management, and relationship building.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Familiarity with various implementation methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) and the ability to recommend client-specific approaches.
  • Understanding of AI's role in business and project implementations.
  • Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Programme Management qualification (MSP) is desirable.
  • Project Management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master are preferred.
  • Membership of a professional project management community (PMI, PMP) is advantageous.

  • Provide clear and concise project status reports.
  • Collaborate with Oracle teams to fulfil project resource needs.
  • Coordinate with various Oracle departments for seamless service delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
  • Manage project changes and contract amendments.
  • Implement working approaches to enhance engagement quality.
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle and client policies.
  • Drive mutual growth and business opportunities.
  • Continuously improve Oracle processes and delivery methods.
