Founding Engineer

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to help build the operating system for social care! transforming, legacy, paper heavy processes into intelligent, automated workflows powered by GenAI.

You’ll need solid fullstack engineering experience, with strong foundations in Python and React/Next.js. Comfort working across cloud infrastructure, SQL databases, and shipping production features end-to-end is essential. You should be able to operate autonomously in a fast moving environment, making pragmatic technical decisions while communicating clearly. An interest in GenAI, prompt engineering, or agentic frameworks will help you to hit the ground running.

You’ll have end-to-end ownership of core product features, working directly with the founders to design, build, and scale tools across workflow automation, documentation, and assessment. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll turn real user pain points into production-ready solutions and help shape the company’s engineering culture from day zero.
