Role Description
This is a remote, contract-based role for a Sales Consultant. This is a 100% commission-only, independent contractor role. While there is no basic salary, there is absolutely no cap on your earning potential. You will operate autonomously, managing your own diary and building your own pipeline, while earning a highly competitive share of the revenue for every client you bring on board. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales activities, performing consultative selling, and developing client relationships. You will identify client needs, create tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will provide post-sales support, act as a trusted advisor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in sales consulting and business development with a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively
- Strong customer relationship management skills focused on delivering exceptional client satisfaction
- Experience understanding client challenges and positioning tailored business and data solutions
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, self-managed environment
- Previous experience in B2B sales, consulting, or client-facing commercial roles
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, but not essential
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients across the UK and EMEA regions who can benefit from Orange95’s Data Services and consulting expertise
- Conduct discovery sessions and consultative sales meetings to understand business requirements and present tailored solutions
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle — from lead generation and proposal discussions to negotiation and contract closure
- Build trusted client relationships and collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and future growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within target industries and sectors
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial consulting within the UK or European markets
- Established network of decision-makers within data, cloud, analytics, or digital transformation sectors is highly advantageous
- Professional, consultative selling style focused on long-term value creation
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results
- Fluent English communication skills; additional European languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a strong advantage
