We are working on a senior engineering leadership opportunity with a growing technology business looking for someone to help lead and scale their engineering function.

This role would suit someone who enjoys building strong engineering teams, improving technical delivery and operating within a hands-on environment where you can still stay close to the technology.

The business is looking for a strong technical leader who can bring structure, mentor engineers, work closely with senior stakeholders and help shape the long-term engineering direction as the company continues to grow.
