🤝 The Orbis Product Recruitment Team is partnering with a Series A backed B2B SaaS business at the forefront of digital asset risk management. The platform empowers financial institutions to navigate the complexities of digital assets, manage risk and stay ahead of an evolving regulatory landscape. Well funded and growing, the company is entering an exciting phase as it builds out its product function.

📈 As Principal Product Manager, you'll take ownership of the product roadmap end to end, from discovery through to delivery and adoption. Working closely with engineering, analytics and customer facing teams, you'll play a central role in translating customer needs into product strategy and shaping how the platform evolves.

🔎 This is a hands on, individual contributor role, and the sole product person. You'll engage directly with customers, stay close to market and competitive trends, and ensure product investment is focused on the areas that matter most to enterprise clients in a fast growing, compliance driven market.

👤 Digital asset or crypto experience is essential, alongside proven B2B SaaS experience. Time at a large financial institution is relevant, but candidates must also bring genuine early stage, 0 to 1, start up or scale up experience.

🌍 Fully remote, with team members across the UK, US East Coast and Europe.

💰 £100,000-150,000 base salary + equity and benefits.
