**Rust Quant Developer**

We are seeking a quantitative Rust developer with strong analytical skills and a background in mathematics, physics, computer science, or engineering. A passion for technology and software development is essential.

Experience with low-latency systems is a plus, but not required. Candidates should be in London or willing to relocate for in-person collaboration. You will directly impact our core infrastructure, working closely with the founding team on key operations.

**Responsibilities**

  • - Improve low
  • -latency trading infrastructure - Optimize pricing engine performance
  • - Enhance network infrastructure for fast data transmission
  • - Develop and test features for high-frequency trading and risk management

**Technical Skills Required**

  • - Strong Rust programming skills (minimum 2 years) - Experience with latency
  • - sensitive applications
  • - Ability to write high-performance multi-threaded code
  • - Familiarity with scalable distributed systems and basic SQL
  • - Proficient in Linux/Unix, AWS, Git, and Docker
