Account Manager (B2B)

Orbital Net is an award-winning telecoms provider with 25+ years’ experience and an exciting growth plan backed by Private Equity investment. We’re hiring an Account Manager to look after a portfolio of existing business customers (circa 100 with 20+ high growth accounts) delivering standout service while spotting opportunities to expand usage across our connectivity, voice, managed network and security solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of B2B customers
- Run regular check-ins + quarterly business reviews
- Drive retention and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities
- Build account plans that grow revenue and customer lifetime value
- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver new services smoothly
- Proactively manage issues (service, billing, escalations) and ensure SLA compliance
- Act as the “voice of the customer” internally
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ year Account Management experience (telco / ISP / MSP / tech ideal)
- Proven track record hitting retention / revenue targets
- Experience in a service / tech business with complex solutions
- Confident communicator who can translate technical concepts into business value
- Organised, commercially minded, customer-first
